When creating a product or service, you are required to indicate the delivery method used:
- Shipping: enter the shipping method, such as UPS or USPS, the shipping cost, and shipping cost per additional unit ordered.
- Local Pick-up: enter the address where the item will be picked up
- Digital: indicates that the item is consumed digitally, such as a video or audio file or digital art file
You will notice that you may select Shipping and/or Local Pick-up options OR Digital delivery, but cannot combine Digital with any other method as a digital product cannot be shipped or picked up.
You MUST select Digital delivery if your product can be consumed through the app in order to comply with App and Play Store regulations. If you do not correctly indicate the shipping type, your product will be removed from the platform and multiple instances may result in account suspension or deletion.
Examples of digital products include:
- A video service whether fixed price or make an offer
- A brand video
- Training videos
- Digital art files
