The Holonis Ad Monetization Program is for verified Holospaces only and allows users to earn ad revenue from the traffic they drive to their content. Whether it be a Post or a Page, verified accounts can make money by creating engaging content on Holonis and sharing it to their secondary social media platforms. Our users are paid out once a month through the secure payment processor, Tipalti. See below for the most frequently asked questions regarding Tipalti.
“What is Tipalti?”
Tipalti is the payment processor that is used to pay out verified users participating in the Holonis Ad Monetization Program. It allows you to select between three payment methods PayPal, eCheck, and ACH.
“Is Tipalti safe and secure to use?”
Holonis is dedicated to the safety of our user’s data and information. We choose to partner with Tipalti as they are a global leader in payment processing. “When will I be paid out?”
Payouts occur on or around the 15th of each month to users who are payable. However, if you signed up on or close to the date of payments you will not be paid until the next payment period. Please note, there is a $1.00 minimum payout threshold, and revenue less than $1.00 does not rollover to the next month.
“How do I know how much ad revenue I have made?”
You can find your ad revenue earnings by clicking on the menu tab in the top right hand corner and then selecting “Insights”. You can then tap on “Commerce” and will be shown the amount of ad revenue you have earned. You can change the time frames by clicking the drop down arrow located next to “Last 14 days”. You have the option to select from 14, 30, and 90 days. This will show you the exact amount of money you have made during those time frames.
“Where can I login again to my Tipalti account once I have created it?”
Once you have signed up and would like to return to your account to view your information or track your payments please visit https://suppliers.tipalti.com/Holonis/account/login.
“Need help finishing Tipalti account setup or unable to select payment method?”
Once you have filled out all of the personal information including name, address, email, etc. click “Next”. You will then select a payment method option from the dropdown menu. Depending on which option you select you will be prompted to answer additional questions. If you are experiencing any technical errors such as payment methods not appearing, please submit a report here and we will assist you.
“I got locked out of my Tipalti account because I made too many login attempts. How do I fix it?”
If you receive a message stating you have been locked out of your account, please submit a request here.
“I can’t remember my password to my Tipalti account”.
You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot password?” option located directly below the login field at https://suppliers.tipalti.com/Holonis/account/login. Type your email address in the field that will appear and then follow the instructions received to create a new password.
“Where can I see my payment history?”
Once logged in there will be an option for “Payment History” in the top left hand corner. Here you will be able to see all past payments including the amount, date, and status. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your payments please submit a request here.
“How do I change my password?”
Once logged in click the drop down arrow next to your name and email in the top right hand corner and select “change password”.
