When you purchase an Item on Holonis, immediately upon purchasing, the screen will display that your checkout is complete and will show your order number for the purchase. To view the status of the order you will have to go to your buying menu or email.
Viewing the Status of an Order (Via Menu):
- Log into your Holospace
- Go to Menu by clicking the two lines icon in the upper right corner
- Click "Buying"
- View the status of your order(s)
Note: If you have multiple orders in your (Orders Placed) buying menu you can use the search bar to search by order number.
Viewing the Status of a Shipped/Pick-up Item (Via Email):
- Email stating that order is placed -with order number
- Email stating that order has shipped/ ready to be picked up
- Email stating that order is fulfilled
