The new Make an Offer feature allows sellers to offer even more services and goods and connect with buyers in new and fun ways.
No matter who you buy from or what you purchase, we want you to feel secure about your purchase. Sellers have the option of using PayPal or Stripe as their payment processor, both of which provide buyer protection.

We value your peace of mind and believe it is important that you feel your payment and information is safe and secure with each checkout made on Holonis. We have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that your information is secure. With our secure checkout in place, you can be at ease knowing that when you purchase anything on Holonis, your financial information is never shared with the seller.

Holonis Refund Policy
We want to ensure you have the best possible purchasing experience on Holonis. Therefore, we have put in place proper seller protocol when dealing with refund situations. Please refer to the information below for more on how to issue and avoid refunds.
As a seller, to initiate a monetary return, you have to go into either Stripe or PayPal (whichever service you have connected on Holonis) in order to issue the refund. Refunds are NOT transacted directly through Holonis.

Sellers on Holonis have 48 hours to change the status of orders to “Processing” within their Orders Received to inform buyers they have received the order request. If the seller doesn’t change the status of the order within those 48 hours the buyer will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
Holonis will notify the seller twice, once upon the initial purchase and once to provide a 24 hour reminder to change the status of the order.
