We try to ensure that our users do not incur any technical errors on the platform, but every now and then sometimes issues may come up that we are unaware of. It is a few simple steps to report a bug, and the support and development team will promptly work with you in order to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Follow the steps below to learn how to properly report a bug to our team.
Steps to Report a Bug:
1. Go to https://support.holonis.com/
2. From here, select “Submit a Request”, which is found in the upper right hand corner.
3. Choose “Submit a Bug” in the drop down option.
4. From here, answer the questions to the best of your ability. The better description and more information you provide will help give us a better understanding of the issue and determine how to resolve the problem.
5. Select “Submit”.
6. A member of the Holonis Support Team will follow up with you within 24 hours.
