Changing the status of an order is a very important step when selling on Holonis. A seller must change the order status from to "Processing" in order to be paid out for the purchase. If the seller doesn’t change the status of the order within 48 hours it will be cancelled. You will receive a notification and email when an order has been placed and again as a reminder after 24 hours.
Steps to Change Order Status
1. Log into your Holospace.
2. Go to the Holospace Menu by clicking the two lines in the upper right corner
3. Select “Selling”
4. You will be presented with your “Orders Received” here. The status of each order is seen under the “Status” column.
5. Click the dropdown carrot located in the colored box from the order status you wish to change.
6. Select the preferred order status option from the dropdown list.
7. Status order will now be updated.
You can use the search bar located at the top of the screen to find specific orders or customers.
